ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our Finance team at our Kochi Head Office. The ideal candidate will manage the accounts function under the guidance of the Head of Finance and Accounts, ensuring smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain financial records

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports

- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

- Oversee invoicing, billing, and payment collections

- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations

- Coordinate with team members and provide support in their accounting tasks

- Manage import-export related documentation and accounts

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Maintain confidentiality of financial information

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office

- Familiarity with import-export accounting is a plus

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and organizational abilities

- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial calculations

- Knowledge of Indian tax laws and GST regulations preferred
