Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Finance Manager, based in Kochi. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role involves monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, the Finance Manager will work closely with management to provide insights for strategic decision-making and support in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• 5 years of minimum experience - 7 years maximum
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
• Experience in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
