Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities – Accounts Manager

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Manage and oversee compliance with FBR, SRB, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Handle taxation matters including income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, and filings.
  • Prepare and submit SRB sales tax returns and FBR returns within deadlines.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Oversee Final Settlement (FNF) process including dues calculation, leave encashment, and gratuity.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance matters.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring efficient and error-free financial operations.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping for audits, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and compliance regulations.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure high efficiency and performance.
  • Any other assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
