Job Summary

HBCS is seeking a highly experienced Accounts Manager to lead and oversee the entire Accounts Department while managing UAE-based clients.

This is a senior role with direct reporting to the CEO, requiring strong leadership, UAE taxation expertise, and hands-on experience with cloud accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire Accounts Department
• Directly report to the CEO on financial operations and performance
• Manage a portfolio of UAE clients as the primary point of contact
• Ensure timely collection of accounting data and client documentation
• Handle UAE VAT & Corporate Tax (FTA portal, registration, filing, compliance)
• Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements (IFRS for SMEs)
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes
• Develop and implement SOPs and improve accounting workflows
• Train, supervise, and review work of junior accountants
• Ensure all deadlines (VAT, CT, reporting, audits) are met

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing an accounts team/department
• Strong expertise in Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online
• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• Experience handling UAE SME clients
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)

Qualifications

• ACCA / CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Must have UAE based Accounting firm experience !
• Must have FTA knowledge
• ACCA Member/UAE Experienced (Accounts or Finance) preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
