Executive Summary

Shakir Sons is looking for a high-level Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the entire finance department, implementing strategic financial controls, and managing the team to ensure 100% accuracy in financial operations.

Managerial & Strategic Responsibilities

• Department Leadership: Manage and lead the accounts team, ensuring all daily tasks (vouchers, reconciliations, and invoicing) are executed by the staff as per S.O.P.s.
• Managerial Accounting: Perform high-level financial analysis, including Income Statement cross-checks, depreciation management, and asset recording.
• Process Engineering: Establish and enforce robust accounting procedures and internal controls to streamline the distributor-sector financial workflow.
• Financial Oversight: Supervise aging reports, payable/receivable cycles, and weekly payment planning to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Compliance & Tax: Resolve complex tax issues and ensure all financial records are audit-ready.
• Reporting: Provide executive-level daily and weekly reports on total sales performance, expenses, and recovery status to the management.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a managerial role (heading a department).
• Industry: Strong background in the Distributor Sector is highly preferred.
• Skills: Expert in managerial accounting, team supervision, and high-end accounting software.
• Relocation: Must be a resident of Multan and willing to work in Lahore on a residential basis.
