Accounts Manager

Job Summary

Falcon Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager (CA or equivalent qualified) to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure VAT and statutory compliance in UAE
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls
• Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making
• Supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements

• CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA or equivalent qualification
• 5–8 years of accounting and finance experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
