Accounts Manager / Accountant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Associate to join our team. This role involves handling US accounting processes, assisting in audits, and supporting US tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance and accounting with a willingness to learn international practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Handle US accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations & trial balance.

· Prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP with guidance from senior team members.

· Support audit procedures such as vouching, verification, and analytical reviews, ensuring proper documentation.

· Assist in the planning and execution of audits (internal, statutory, tax, and compliance).

· Help prepare US federal and state tax filings and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.

· Research and apply relevant tax provisions under supervision, providing inputs for optimization.

· Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports for internal and client purposes.

· Continuously update knowledge on US accounting, auditing, and taxation standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional Experience in related fields
• CA Inter (Dropout)
• Strong knowledge of Basic accounting & auditing principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Advance Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
