Job Summary

LA Freightlift is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts & Finance, hands-on experience in GST, TDS, finalization of accounts, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements.
• Ensure TDS and GST compliance, including returns and payments.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate financial statement preparation and audit support.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team for smooth operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance (Managerial role preferred).
• CMA Intermediate or Postgraduate degree in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in AP/AR, GST, TDS, reconciliation, auditing, and finalization.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Age: 40–45 years.
