Accounts Manager and HR

About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR & Accounts Manager to oversee daily staff management and handle all financial and administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be organized, and capable of maintaining a smooth workflow among staff while ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all staff members to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Handle recruitment, attendance, payroll, and staff performance.
• Maintain accurate accounting records (daily sales, expenses, and monthly statements).
• Manage petty cash, supplier payments, and inventory records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits.
• Ensure company policies are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with management for operational and HR improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
