Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of financial operations, online software handling, and inventory control within the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Handle financial transactions for ticketing, hotel bookings, and tour packages
  • Reconcile airline, vendor, and customer accounts
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of tickets, vouchers, and travel packages
  • Track stock movement and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Manage refunds, cancellations, and commission structures
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
  • Manage bookings-related finances (tickets, hotel reservations, tour packages)
  • Handle commissions, refunds, and cancellations
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws (e.g., GST/VAT )
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Maintain audit-ready records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience (travel industry preferred)
  • Strong command of accounting and online booking software
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
