Accounts Manager ( Hotel Background)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Manager (Hotel Industry) to oversee and manage all financial operations of our hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor and analyze hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, audit requirements, and internal financial policies.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Review payroll, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments for accuracy and timely processing.
  • Provide financial insights to hotel management for business growth and cost optimization.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role in the hospitality/hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CMA certification is a plus).

Salary: Rs100000 – Rs130,000 per month

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
