Accounts Manager (Male)

We are seeking an Accounts Manager to join our team.

Qualifications required: ACCA or CA (Partial Qualified) or MBA Finance

Main responsibilities include:-

Creating organizational structures to enhance accounting and finance functions.

- Preparing monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and taking corrective actions on deviations.

- Executing vendor setup and payments, managing bank accounts, and performing account reconciliations.

- Supporting operations management, sales, and marketing efforts to boost revenue and financial health.

- Reviewing documentation and identifying financial discrepancies where applicable

.- Maintaining all ledgers with balance trial.

- Conducting daily audits of receivables and payables.

- Performing monthly audits of the store room and record room.

- Preparing payroll and disbursing account transfers.

- Calculating withholding tax and depreciation.

- Preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets for yearly closing.

- Managing all accounting processes.

- Implementing Oracle 10g from FoxPro.
