Accounts Manager - Talent Acquisition (Female)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the E&Y account, ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements

.Resolve any issues or conflicts and escalate as needed.

Maintain a deep understanding of client business processes and objectives

Requirements:5–7 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a consulting or IT services environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams.

Experience working with or for large consulting firms (preferred).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
