Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager to oversee and optimize our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing budget management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (6-10 years) as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • In-depth understanding of VAT, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Effective management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in-person full time and collaborate with other team members.


Qualifications:

  • ICMA , ACCA CA only.
  • CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a financial team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Should have experience of working in Real Estate companies or Developers
