Job Title: Accounts & MIS Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts & MIS Executive to handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and Management Information System (MIS) preparation. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over accounting principles, Excel, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, voucher preparation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Generate and analyze monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Track expenses, budgets, and cost analysis reports.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update financial databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and report consolidation.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation (GST, TDS, PF, ESI etc.).

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, etc.) and Tally/ERP software.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in preparing management dashboards and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and tax filing.
