Job Title: Accounts Officer

The Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank receipts and payment vouchers.
  • Record daily cash receipts and payments.
  • Maintain daily cash position reporting.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper controls.
  • Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
  • Record operating expenses including travel, utilities, fuel, rent, and office supplies.
  • Ensure all expenses are properly approved with supporting documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in cash management, banking, or expense accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and petty cash handling.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location: Lahore Cantt

Salary: Based on experience

Timings: Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM
