We’re Hiring: Accounts Officer

Location: Gullberg 3
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate record-keeping.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
