We are looking for an Accounts Officer to assist in the organizing, executing, and optimizing our company’s finance and accounts tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things related to book keeping. You will be having good sense of responsibility, an enthusiast team player and advocative to how the effective financial handling is a strong asset to an organization. You will be tech-savvy, well-versed in MS Office and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and Handling company’s invoices, payments with clients and monthly payrolls.
  • Proficient user of computer, office and accounting applications. (Quick Book, MS Word, Excel and Power point).
  • Professional experience in managing and maintenance of financial accounts of small and medium sized companies.
  • Maintain accounting record on Quick book and other software.
  • Prepare Monthly payrolls for Employees.
  • Compiling and analyzing data to run the financial matters.
  • Assist your line manager in other adhoc accounts related tasks

Salary: Rs. 50,000.00 – Rs. 60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Bahria Town Phase 7

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years (Required)

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
