Accounts Officer

We are looking for Accountants for our Head Office in Queid eAzam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Township, Lahore

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records by recording transactions accurately and timely.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as required.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Provide support during financial audits by organizing and presenting financial information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support business decisions.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Work independently to manage daily accounting tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Perform clerical accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining financial records.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to accounting functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • B.Com, Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, M.Com,
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, Oracle, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • Candidate from surrounding areas will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
