Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (tax filings, audits, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support internal financial controls and ensure best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
