Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the GL, ensuring accurate classification and recording.
  • Managing, processing, verifying, and recording vendor invoices, ledgers, and timely payments.
  • Regularly reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers (AR and AP) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Preparing and posting various journal entries, especially for month-end and year-end adjustments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements) and management reports.
  • Ensuring financial transactions and record-keeping adhere to internal policies and financial control procedures.
  • Preparing and organizing financial documents and records for internal and external financial audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in the relevant domain, Master's would be preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience in the relevant domain
  • Advanced Accounting Knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Google Sheet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs55,000.00 per month
