Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Officer to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll processing and assist in payroll-related tax calculations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
  • Handle tax-related tasks, including preparation of withholding tax (WHT) statements, maintaining tax records, and assisting in filing monthly/annual tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local tax laws, WHT procedures, and basic tax filing processes is a plus.
