Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Officer to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting and tax compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll processing and assist in payroll-related tax calculations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
- Handle tax-related tasks, including preparation of withholding tax (WHT) statements, maintaining tax records, and assisting in filing monthly/annual tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of local tax laws, WHT procedures, and basic tax filing processes is a plus.
