Accounts Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper books of accounts (manual and/or accounting software).
  • Ensure accurate ledger posting and journal entries.
  • Process vendor bills and verify supporting documents (POs, GRNs, invoices).
  • Generate and record customer invoices.
  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA – Part Qualified preferred).
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing/printing industry).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, Peachtree, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
