Job Summary

KBK Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records and accounting ledgers.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in monthly closing.
  • Manage receivables, payables, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation of vouchers and financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
