Job Description:
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and donor-specific financial regulations.
- Work closely with the auditor by assembling and providing all necessary financial documents and information for auditing.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting practices and donor regulations in the development sector.
- Develop and maintain budgets in coordination with finance and program teams.
- Forecast financial performance and cash flow for projects.
- Assist in the preparation of financial proposals.
- Track project expenditures and ensure they align with approved budgets.
- Monitor and report on cost variances, identifying areas of financial risk.
- Implement cost control measures to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for projects.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and senior management on project financial status.
- Support internal and external audits related to project financials.
- Ensure all financial practices comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized project financial records.
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and other departments to ensure cohesive project management.
- Ensure maximum compliance of tax laws, especially with withholding taxes (Income & GST).
Qualification & Experience:

BBA/MBA (Finance) or ACCA
Minimum 3 years/ Maximum 5 years of relevant experience
