Accounts Officer

Novaplast Custom Molders Pvt Ltd is a leading auto parts manufacturing company, committed to delivering quality products through innovation and efficiency. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage financial records, handle daily transactions, and ensure accuracy in reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel (and preferably accounting software)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and records.
• Prepare and review vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in payroll preparation and vendor payments.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external parties as needed.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) will be an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in accounting (experience in manufacturing industry preferred).
