Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage the complete accounting function and export documentation process. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally and possess strong knowledge of export invoicing, PCFC settlement, and other banking-related activities. This role requires someone who can ensure accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with export regulations, and smooth coordination with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using Tally ERP.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and assist in finalization of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Export & Banking Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process export invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documentation.
• Manage PCFC (Pre-shipment Credit in Foreign Currency) documentation and settlement with banks.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and banks for smooth export transaction processing.
• Handle all banking activities including LC (Letter of Credit) documentation, foreign remittances, and BRC realization.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other export-related regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and export documentation.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory. Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of export procedures, PCFC, banking norms, and accounting standards.
• Skills: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, time management, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented company.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for liaising with banks, auditors, and internal teams.
• Committed, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
