Job Description
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Support the accounting team with daily administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.
  • Handle ad hoc accounting tasks as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Officer should have:

  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
