Key Responsibilities: Accounts Duties:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in software/manual registers.
- Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial closings.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain records of petty cash and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports for internal review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
