Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 60k to 80k

Comtanix is a fast-growing IT Company situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of ‘’Accounts Officer’’ with great accounting and finance skills.

Who we are looking for:

An eager individual with excellent Accounting & Financial skills and proactive personality for our Company. We are looking for a skilled financial specialist to join our team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
• Comparing Purchase orders, Prices, terms of Payment and other change.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes.
• Having experience of payroll will be a plus point.
• Responsible for keeping track and recording all transactions within a company.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Must have knowledge of tax polices of Pakistan.
• Prepare final accounts for annual returns.
• Manage company assets and maintain proper asset management records.
• Check and prepare pay orders for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• BBA or any equivalent Degree with Specialization in Finance with 2 years of Experience
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Strong Mathematical Skills
• Ability to work in night shift
• Must have knowledge of Excel Formulas

Skills:

• MS Excel, Outlook, Tax calculation, Reconciliation, QuickBooks Online

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
