Accounts Officer – Plant (Gajumata)

Job Summary:

Four Brothers Group Pakistan is seeking a competent Accounts Officer for its Plant operations to manage financial transactions, inventory accounting, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.

Job Description:

• Maintain plant-level accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, GRNs, and stock movements.
• Process payments, expenses, and supplier invoices as per policy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in plant budgeting.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and head office finance teams.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical and reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and communication abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
