Job Overview

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

Maintain and review financial statements and general ledger

Perform bank reconciliations and support audit activities

Process vendor payments, invoices, and supplier reconciliations

Coordinate with Procurement and Treasury departments

Assist in month-end closing activities

Support daily banking operations and cash flow management

Prepare fund flow reports and ensure proper documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

ACCA or Part Qualified CA preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing concern

Strong command of Microsoft Excel and SAP

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
