Job Description: Accounts Officer (US Based Company)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to handle bookkeeping and accounting for our US-based company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a good understanding of US accounting, payroll, and sales tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks (sales, expenses, journal entries).
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Process US payroll and assist with payroll tax filings.
  • Good understanding of financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing.
  • Assist with sales tax preparation and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years experience in US bookkeeping/accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Understanding of US payroll and sales tax regulations.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
