- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist with tax documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payment tracking, and financial queries
- Support internal and external audits when required
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Knowledge of tax compliance and financial documentation
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com / BBA / ACCA/ACMA)
2. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Good communication and problem-solving ability
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
