Accounts & Operations Assistant

Job Description

Company: GR Trading Company (AIMA Brand)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update supplier ledgers and account records
  • Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Handle import and shipment-related documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for shipments
  • Prepare and manage Excel-based reports (ledgers, expenses, stock, payments)
  • Record invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
  • Support management with financial and operational data when required

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) is mandatory
  • Fresh candidates may apply, but must have basic understanding of:
  • Accounting & supplier ledgers
  • Import / shipment procedures
  • Excel and documentation work

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong command over MS Excel
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to understand import and shipment workflows
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
