Accounts Payable Analyst

🚨 Hiring: Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst | 1-Year Contract

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst for a 1-year contract opportunity with one of our direct clients.

💰 Pay Rate: $24/hour (W2)

📍 Location: Universal City, CA, 91608

🕒 Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions including invoice processing, vendor management, and disbursements
• Maintain vendor master data and perform vendor reconciliations
• Resolve issues through AP Helpdesk and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Assist with system testing, new initiatives, acquisitions, and mergers
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements
• Identify and recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable environment
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and financial controls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus
• Entertainment industry experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• CPA / MBA (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
