Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer

As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable officer to join our team.

Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and managing receivables. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial department.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

• Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and manage discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and send out invoices to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collection efforts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve any billing issues.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.

General Accounting Support:

• Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Provide support in various accounting projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
