Job Details:

Location: Chennai – Nandambakkam
Shift: European Shift (Rotational)
Experience Required: 1.5 to 5 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor payments accurately and within defined timelines
• Perform payment postings and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial and transaction records
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end payment processing
• Mandatory experience in payment posting
• Mandatory experience in manual payment handling
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred)
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
