We are hiring for Sr.Executive - Accounts for a Freight Forwarding Industry

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 4+ years

Salary: Upto 5.5 Lakhs PA

# General Accounting

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.

Real-time accounting of bank receipts and payment entries.

Handle petty cash and ensure proper accounting of all cash transactions.

# Accounts Payable Receivable

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and follow-up.

Prepare fund requests on time for vendor payments.

Generate customer (revenue) invoices and ensure timely posting of all

accounting transactions.

# Reconciliation

Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable, and other ledgers.

Monitor and reconcile inter-branch transactions.

# Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, MSME, etc.

Documentation& Record Management

Maintain agreements for both customers and vendors.

Ensure proper documentation related to accounting and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
