ICON Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting department. The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage vendor invoices and payments across multiple dental practice locations. This position works closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure accurate coding, proper vendor setup, purchase order alignment, and compliance with purchasing policies.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices for multiple dental practices
• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to ensure proper purchase order matching and vendor compliance
• Accurately code expenses (dental supplies, lab fees, equipment, rent, utilities, etc.)
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Prepare and process ACH, checks, and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files including W-9s, ACH forms, and payment terms
• Monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments
• Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end close, accruals, and reporting
• Communicate professionally with vendors, practice managers, and internal departments
• Adhere to internal controls and company purchasing policies

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Candidate:

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience in multi-location or healthcare/dental environment preferred, but not necessary
• Strong understanding of expense coding and general ledger structure
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred), Intacct preferred
• Experience with bill.com
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment based around the Central time zone hours
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $20.00 - $26.44 per hour
