Accounts Payable Clerk

Vaughn Industries currently has an opening for a Accounts Payable Clerk for our accounting department in our Carey, Ohio office.

Duties will include:

• Process vendor invoices timely and accurately
• Determine the proper allocation for invoices without a purchase order or subcontract
• Initiate and finalize check runs three times a month
• Ensure proper approval of all invoices
• Set up and maintain vendor files
• Complete 1099 annual filings
• Point of contact for vendors

• Associate degree in accounting preferred
• Experience in accounts payable preferred
• Excellent computer skills, communication skills & organization skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
