Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Overview
BRAVO Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Alhambra is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk with automotive industry experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a service-driven team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of office/clerical experience, preferably in an automotive dealership .
  • Familiarity with service and parts department operations is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with dealership management systems Reynolds and Reynolds, or similar is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Part of What You’ll Do:

  • Collect vehicle receivables
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Warranty submission
  • Schedule Reconciliation
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Provide administrative support to management, and other departments and employees as needed.
