Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Support, Data Entry, Administrative Support, or a related office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Key Responsibilities

Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

Review invoices for completeness and proper documentation

Assist with invoice coding and matching supporting documentation

Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records

Support vendor account maintenance and assist with payment inquiries

Assist with accounts payable reporting and data entry tasks

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies

Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Assist with month-end accounting activities and reconciliations
