Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and communicative Accounts Payable Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our international voice call process team. The ideal candidate will handle vendor payments, manage accounts payable activities related to voice call services, and ensure smooth coordination with global vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and process invoices related to international voice call services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Coordinate with international vendors, service providers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and payment queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions related to international voice calls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree
• Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable
• Candidate with Accounts and Financial background will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international vendors and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
