The Role
The Accounts Payable (AP) Manager will lead and manage the full accounts payable function. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of high volume of supplier invoices monthly, maintaining strong vendor relationships, enforcing internal controls, and driving process efficiency. This position manages a team of AP professionals across different sections, ensuring high accuracy, compliance, and service quality to support the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within retail or FMCG sectors. • Strong expertise in SAP (preferably FI and MM modules). • Proven experience managing high transaction volumes and large supplier portfolios. • Solid understanding of 3-way matching, supplier payment processes, and reconciliations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong command of Excel and analytical reporting tools. • Fluency in English and Arabic
