Accounts Payable Manager

Tarvos Talent is seeking a hands-on and strategic Accounting Manager for an exciting contract opportunity in Austin, TX. This role offers the chance to step into a high-visibility position, make an immediate impact, and support a growing organization during a critical period.

In this dynamic environment, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ownership of the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting. You’ll mentor accounting staff, partner cross-functionally with internal teams, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role also includes oversight of key functions such as AP/AR, account reconciliations, and intercompany activity.

The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle accounting experience, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to quickly step in and add value. Experience with large ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred, along with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
