Job Overview

Sayed Kenawy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage the company’s payables operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, process management experience, and expertise in vendor payments and financial controls.

The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable function, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Review and approve invoices, reconciliations, and payment transactions.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Monitor accounts payable records for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve payment-related issues.
• Support month-end closing, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Improve accounts payable processes and internal controls.
• Supervise and support accounts payable team members.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounting operations, or finance management.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
