Accounts Payable Manager

KBW has partnered with a leading manufacturer in their search for an Accounts Payable Manager. They are looking for a dynamic candidate to roll up their sleeves and be instrumental in building out their organization. This is an excellent opportunity for learning and development.

Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager Include

• Responsible for the entire Accounts Payable function in a large international organization
• Oversee the development of a high performing team
• Ensure efficient and accurate payment processing
• Assess and upgrade processes where necessary
• Deploy automation and other improvements
• Resolve any discrepancies and liaise with vendors
• Oversee the expense reimbursement program
• Ad hoc reporting to assist with leadership decision making
• Month end close support
• Ensure state and federal compliance
• Support audit requests
  
  

Requirements For The Accounting Manager Include

• Bachelors in accounting or similar field
• More than seven years experience in AP focused accounting
• Prior experience managing a team
• Strong systems skills including a large ERP and Excel fluency
  
  

Compensation: $110,000-125,000 plus bonus and benefits.
