Key Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / CA Part Qualified / ICMA Part Qualified
• Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts Payable (Manufacturing sector preferred)
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP experience will be an added advantage
• Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10–12 km of Younus Chowrangi, Karachi will be preferred
• Age: Below 28 years
• Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process.
• Timely processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate entries in ERP.
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payment runs (cheques, bank transfers).
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely settlement of dues.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and internal teams for invoice verification and GRNs.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of payment records.
• Assist in monthly closing and audits related to payables.

Timings:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
