Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's payables function with precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of financial protocols. You will play a key role in ensuring that every payment is processed with absolute accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance while maintaining the trust of our valued vendors and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments
• Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes
• Maintain updated and accurate accounts payable records in the ERP system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Monitor aging reports and manage payment schedules in accordance with agreed terms
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams for invoice verification and approvals
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Process international payments including Wire Transfers, ACH, and PayPal transactions
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in accounts payable processes and overall efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Strong command of accounting principles and payables procedures
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Hands-on experience in International Payables
• Knowledge and experience of Wire, ACH, and PayPal payments and receipts
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
